Na základě žádosti ČRS Ministerstvo zemědělství ve svém vyjádření nyní nově potvrzuje, že lovící osoba nemusí mít při rybolovu u sebe listinnou podobu Oddílu III, pokud má zajištěný přístup k jeho obsahu v elektronické formě – například prostřednictvím mobilního telefonu, webových stránek ČRS nebo mobilní aplikace. Samozřejmě platí, že rybář je i nadále povinen se těmito podmínkami řídit.
